The anchor bolts embedded in the reserved holes should meet the following requirements: 1. The anchor bolts should be vertical and not inclined in the reserved holes. 2. The distance between any part of the anchor bolt and the wall of the hole should be greater than 15mm; the bottom end of the anchor bolt should not touch the bottom of the hole. 3. The oil stains and oxide scale on the anchor bolts should be removed, and a small amount of grease should be applied to the threaded part. 4. The contact between the nut and the washer, and the washer and the base of the equipment should be close. 5. After tightening the nut, the bolt should expose the nut, and the exposed length should be 1/3-2/3 of the bolt diameter. 6. The anchor bolts should be tightened when the concrete in the reserved holes reaches more than 75% of the design strength, and the tightening force of each bolt should be even.

The position and quantity of the shim set should meet the following requirements: 1. There should be at least two sets of shim next to each anchor bolt. 2. The shim set should be placed close to the anchor bolts and under the main stressed parts of the base under the condition that it can be placed stably and does not affect the grouting. 3. For the shim set that bears the load, pairs of inclined shim should be used. 4. Each shim group should reduce the number of shim irons, and should not exceed 5 pieces, and it is not suitable to use thin shim irons. 5. Each shim set should be placed neatly and stably with good contact. After the equipment is leveled, each group of horns should be pressed tightly, and the hand hammer should be tapped group by group to check the sound. 6. After the equipment is leveled, the end surface of the shim should be exposed to the outer edge of the bottom of the equipment, the flat shim should be exposed by 10-30mm; the oblique shim should be exposed by 10-50mm. The length of the pad iron group extending into the bottom surface of the equipment base should exceed the center of the equipment anchor bolts.

The grouting should meet the following requirements: 1. Before the reserved holes are grouted, the grouting place should be cleaned; the grouting should be made of fine crushed stone concrete, whose strength should be one level higher than the strength of the foundation or floor concrete. The grouting should be tamped, and The anchor bolts should not be tilted and the installation accuracy of the equipment should not be affected. 2. After the first alignment is qualified, use fine stone concrete for primary grouting, and when the strength of the concrete reaches 75%, secondary grouting can be carried out. 3. When the requirements for the contact between the grouting layer and the equipment base surface are high, non-shrinkage concrete or cement mortar should be used. 4. The thickness of the grouting layer should not be less than 25mm. The thickness can be less than 25mm when it is only used to fix the shim or to prevent oil and water from entering the grouting layer, and there is no difficulty in grouting.
