Most of the customer’s equipment has almost no other problems except for the normal wearing parts and the need to replace the wearing parts regularly. 1. Common causes

Many users think that as long as the rotary kiln is put into use, you can let it go and let it run at will. In this way, the rotary kiln may not be able to run up and down for a long time, causing one side of the supporting wheel to be crushed; or the lack of lubricating oil may cause serious wear of the supporting wheel or even blocking of the supporting wheel.

1. The operating rotary kiln should be recorded to record the kiln up and down time for review and adjustment.

2. This kind of kiln is a manually operated kiln. It must not be regarded as a fully automatic kiln. The operation of the rotary kiln should be carried out by people to ensure that the rotary kiln can go up and down freely (each one up and down to two times).

3. The maintenance and refueling records should be made and assigned to the personnel, and the maintenance should be carried out by dedicated personnel.
