1) The transmission system and supporting device of the rotary kiln are regularly inspected and maintained on time. If abnormal conditions such as large noise, severe vibration, and heat generation are found, they should be dealt with in time;

2) Check the lubrication points of the rotary kiln regularly on time to confirm whether the amount of lubrication oil is sufficient;

3) According to the relative displacement of the rotation of the rotary kiln, it is possible to confirm the gap and wear in the relationship between the tire and the device;

4) Pay attention to the regular upward and downward movement of the rotary kiln for daily recording and registration;

5) Note that the smooth flow of the cooling water outlet of the rotary kiln is not suitable for the height of the roller water surface, and the height should be within the adjustment range of the water level regulator;

6) Always pay attention to the temperature of the kiln body of the rotary kiln. The temperature of the kiln body can be determined by the infrared scanning device with an automatic recorder-the temperature of the kiln body surface should not exceed 380℃. Only occasionally, the temperature of the kiln body of the rotary kiln is allowed to exceed 400°C.

7) The problems of the rotary kiln found during the inspection should be handled in a timely manner according to the nature of the problem. Safety must be paid attention to. The inspection and treatment of some items should be carried out after the kiln is shut down.
